Does submitting the form book my appointment?

It sends an appointment request. Our team will follow up to confirm availability, your service, price and deposit instructions. Your appointment is confirmed separately.

Do I need to know which package to choose?

No. Choose “Help me choose” and tell us a little about your vehicle and what you’d like done.

How does the deposit work?

Your 20% deposit is part of the agreed service price. For example, a $200 total would mean a $40 deposit and $160 due to Detail Dash after the work is completed. This is an illustration, not a package price.

What if I need to cancel?

Contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid forfeiting your deposit. Your confirmation will show the deadline. See the Booking Terms for the applicable refund and cancellation rules.

What should I include in my request?

Your vehicle, the service you’re considering, your city and a preferred date if you have one. Please leave out payment card details and other sensitive information.

Estimates are before tax for ordinary-condition vehicles. We confirm the service, vehicle size, condition, any extra work and final price before you pay. Your deposit is credited toward your service bill.

About your Detail Dash deposit

AoA is currently operated by Multimedia Mux LLC, which collects deposits and handles deposit refunds. Detail Dash LLC performs the service.

A deposit of 20% of your agreed service price is due after availability and price are confirmed. It goes toward your final Detail Dash bill. Pay the remaining balance to Detail Dash after your service is completed.

Cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid forfeiting the deposit. Deposits for later cancellations are forfeited under the Booking Terms, except where a refund is required by law.

Submitting a request does not confirm an appointment or subscribe you to marketing. Please do not include payment details, passwords or sensitive records.
