Multimedia Mux LLC currently operates this website and the AoA booking service. This notice covers AoA inquiries and Detail Dash appointment requests submitted through this site. Detail Dash LLC performs the detailing services.
What you share with us
The main contact form collects your name, email address, optional business name and message. The Detail Dash form also collects the service you are considering, vehicle details, city and appointment preferences, along with an optional phone number and note. It includes your acknowledgment of the displayed terms and privacy notice, their version identifiers and a browser-reported submission time.
If a full address is needed for a mobile appointment, the team will ask for it during follow-up. Please do not enter passwords, payment card details, customer lists or sensitive documents into either form.
How we use it
We use your details to answer your request, discuss your service, check availability, prepare an estimate, arrange your appointment and address booking or service concerns. We may reply by email or use the phone number you provide to discuss your request. Submitting a form does not sign you up for promotional emails or texts.
Who receives it
Requests are emailed to AoA’s booking contact at henny.omar.aoa@multimediamux.net through Multimedia Mux LLC’s Google services. The AoA team uses this correspondence to handle your inquiry. Relevant Detail Dash booking information is shared with Detail Dash LLC to check availability and arrange and provide your service. It is not published on the website.
Google Firebase hosts the site. Google Apps Script handles submissions and Google email services deliver them to our team. These providers process information needed to operate their services. If you proceed to payment or use a separate scheduling service later, its provider and applicable privacy information will be identified before you use it.
Spam checks and website technology
The forms use Google reCAPTCHA to protect against spam. It processes browser, device and interaction information and may use cookies or other identifiers. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to that service. If you prefer, contact us directly by email or phone.
This release does not include advertising pixels or a separate visitor-analytics tool. Hosting and anti-abuse providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to provide and protect their services. Links to Instagram and other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices.
Records and retention
Form submissions become email correspondence; the form does not create a separate customer database. We retain correspondence to handle inquiries, bookings, payment questions and service concerns. There is no automatic 48-hour deletion of those emails.
The form handler separately keeps temporary records to limit duplicate submissions and abuse. These records expire after 48 hours and are removed during subsequent requests or daily cleanup. This period does not control Google’s own records or later booking, payment and email records.
The website forms do not send your request to Athena or another Local LLM. Our use of a Local LLM for other work does not make this Google-hosted form a local-only service.
Questions, corrections or deletion requests
Contact henny.omar.aoa@multimediamux.net or call 914-471-1089 with questions about your information, to correct it, or to request deletion. Multimedia Mux LLC will review your request, coordinate with Detail Dash where relevant, and explain any records that must be retained for an active booking, legal obligations or dispute resolution. Do not email identity documents unless a necessary verification method has first been agreed.
Updates
This notice shows its effective date and version above. If the legal operator, providers or uses of information change, the notice will be updated to reflect those changes. Registering AoA as a separate company does not automatically change the operator named in this notice.
